Verification Process
Our verification process involves verifying each candidate's credentials. This includes degrees, licenses, certifications and diplomas - the result is a qualified candidate without the headache of falsification.
Work Experience - Every employment experience is verified. We contact peers, supervisors, managers, professors and even HR personnel to obtain a comprehensive account of each candidate's job experiences.
Reference Feedback - We require several references from each candidate and conduct in-depth interviews with these contacts in order to obtain third-party account's of the applicant's abilities and qualifications.
